Programme Directors/Managers
We have a pool of staff who have operated at the senior level across the cards & payments industry. They are delivery focused and are accustomed to working to aggressive timescales. Their knowledge and experience has been built up over a number of years having previously successfully operated in these roles. They are familiar with the card issuing platforms of the UK and Europe and scheme rules.
Business AnalystsOur business analysts (BA’s) come from a range of backgrounds across the industry and have operated from within card issuers & acquirers, processors and the card schemes. They operate at the top end of the BA scale and regularly perform repeat roles for our Clients. They are used to supplement Clients project teams or for one off specialist activities. |
Subject Matter ExpertsWe deploy a range of subject matter experts (SME’s) from junior to the most senior of roles. At the lower end of the spectrum they assist Clients staff with insight into the industry and knowledge transfer. For senior roles they provide expert advice from the industry and undertake quality assurance reviews. |
