The programmeAn Aledro senior practitioner managed a team to support the workstreams, working alongside the programme’s executive team. This provided the ability to stitch together an array of deliverables, ensuring the client met their obligations under pre-agreed timetables. Delivery required in-depth knowledge of various third party supplier processes and solutions. A new operating model was delivered, including operational engagement as part of the commercial agreements. Full programme management, through to PMO resourcing, was provided to support the deliverables. |
